MVR vertical roller mill with planetary gearbox - GEBR.PFEIFFER

Sans titre-21

A reliable and demanding mill

MVR roller mill with conventional control perfectly guarantees its use for the preparation of raw cement, cement and granulated blast furnace slag at low to medium rates. An essential element, it is also integrated and used in the ready2grind modular workshops. With its state-of-the-art technology and the possibility of optimized maintenance, the mill is able to meet the exponential demands of the industry. It is also known to be reliable over the long term for medium throughput productions.

It is the perfect solution for your cement production!

Principle of operation

Up to six fixed grinding wheels run on a rotating grinding plate. Material to be grinded is captured between the grindstones and the tray. It is then crushed by pressure and shear forces. Pressure forces required for grinding are produced by a grinding arm with an articulated bearing and a hydropneumatic pressure system.

Crushed material is transported by centrifugal forces to the fixed nozzle ring. Flow of injected air (cold or hot air) entering the nozzle ring transports the crushed and dried material to the selector with which it is separated by the separation cyclone, the compliant elements and the rejects which are redirected to the mill.

Compliant elements are evacuated from the selector by the airflow and directed towards a cyclone or filter.
