Distributor for detachable bags - WÜRSCHUM

Maximum reliability for distribution

This dispenser allows automatic transfer of dyes or fibres into bags. Simply load it, then it will autonomously carry out a reliable distribution of all types and sizes of bags. This is an inexpensive solution for distributing dyes or fibres in delinquent bags. Equipped with a bag counter, this unit can be connected to an existing automation system.

These dispensers have a bag detection probe and a probe for counting the number of bags ejected.

Procedure

Installation of bags by the operator:
  • Request to introduce one bag (or more) into the waste;
  • Transmission of a signal by the machine of the mixing plant (dry contact);
  • Verification of the presence of the bag by the distributor’s control system.
If the sensor detects the presence of sac in the socket (chamber):
  • Instructs the distributor to move one notch to drop the bag into the mixer or any aggregate conveyor system;
  • The vending machine transmits a signal by dry contact to the vending machine that the bag has been introduced.
If the sensor does not detect the presence of bag in the socket (chamber):
  • The distributor’s monitoring system signals the lack of a bag to the plant’s automaton;
  • At the same time, it triggers an audible or/and light signal (depending on the configuration) at the distributor;
  • The automatic machine of the mixing plant breaks down and indicates on the synoptic that there is no bag in the dispenser to the operator;
  • Recharging of the distributor by the operator with payment at the distributor’s automaton to start the cycle.

No more mistakes

  • The principle of the cells as well as the chain is robust and completely reliable
  • A mechanical limit switch counts one bag at a time and reports to the control system the number of bags ejected
  • The distributor stops the dispenser when the correct number of bags has been ejected
  • Last bag detector: a presence sensor warns when there is only one bag left, giving you enough time to fill the dispenser
  • It also reliably detects small plastic bags

Example

  • Load the bags into the dispenser at the beginning of the operation. The bags are simply placed one by one in the feeding chambers. Simple handling.
  • The chain-driven chamber feeder drops only one bag at a time, guaranteed.
  • An impulse is required at start-up. Then the dispenser operates in automatic mode.
