Weigh container and transfer tubes
WMW dispenser is used to pour fresh concrete or various types of bulk material into the formwork pallets and reinforced. It takes the concrete directly from the plant or via a skip conveyor and distributes it evenly according to the contours of the element or its thickness. Control can be done either manually or fully automatically. The more accurately the concrete is poured, the better the quality of the final product. An integrated skip weighing system allows the concrete remaining in the tank to be continuously evaluated. The digital display continuously informs the operator, who can then load the concrete again in good time.
Distribution buckets for airlift
Distributor may be suspended from an airlift or have its own moving trolley. Depending on the conditions, a gantry, a semi-gantry or a crane will be used.
Working and travel speeds are continuously adjustable to ensure quality and efficiency. Whether the concrete is firm or self-placing, whatever your use, we have the right unloading system via a remote control:

Fresh concrete is taken from the tank and poured into the required places by operating an endless screw and opening the corresponding valves.
This makes the process very precise and prevents unnecessary consumption of material.
Segment valve
Concrete dispenser with segment valve serves to pour fresh concrete into a battery mould. An external vibrator ensures that the tank is completely emptied. Valve opens hydraulically or electrically. Order can also be made by radio.
Bucket wheel
In addition to screw systems, there are also concrete dispensers where the spill is effected by means of a bucket wheel. This system guarantees a homogeneous distribution of the concrete in the tank and an optimal supply to my openings. These can be opened flexibly with a drawer valve that allows a precise distribution of the concrete.
